Privacy policy
AgentTierList ("we") runs agenttierlist.com. This page explains what personal data we collect and what we do with it. Questions or requests: ericbhall1@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Newsletter signups. Your email address, plus the date you confirmed. We only add you after you click the confirmation link we email you.
- Sponsor applications. The email, optional name, tool name, tool URL and pitch you submit on /advertise. Applying does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
- Purchases. Featured listings are paid through Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your email, name, the tool name and URL you enter, and the payment status.
- Server logs. Our host keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and reliability.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we don't sell your personal data.
Why we use it
- To send the newsletter you asked for (your consent).
- To review sponsor applications and reply to you, and to deliver and support featured listings you buy (to perform our agreement with you).
- To keep the site secure and meet tax and accounting obligations (legitimate interests and legal obligations).
Who processes it
- Resend: sends our emails and stores the subscriber and applicant lists.
- Stripe: processes payments.
- Vercel: hosts the site and runs our signup and application forms.
These providers may process data in the United States.
How long we keep it
Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Sponsor applications are kept for up to 12 months. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices and rights
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights, including complaining to your local data protection authority.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links may be affiliate links. Following one may let the destination site set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
