Paid placement never changes rankings

Tiers (S, A, B) are editorial judgments based on usefulness for the job, quality, pricing and how actively a tool is maintained. No company can pay to enter a tier list, move up a tier, or avoid being ranked lower. If we ever sell sponsored spots, they will be clearly labeled "Sponsored" and kept separate from the tier lists.

Every listing shows a "last verified" date. Agents check links and pricing pages on a schedule, and a human approves changes before they go live.

Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links (the ones that go through /go/) may be affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships have no effect on rankings, and tools with no affiliate program are ranked the same way as everything else.
